  • A life coaching agreement is a good way to help our clients feel that they will get a quality service, but also to get commitment from them, which is essential. The agreement sets out the terms and conditions for a successful delivery of the life coaching service and for achieving results. We use a simple but comprehensive agreement as a good foundation for your life coaching adventure.

  • Absolutely! We guarantee never to use your details or anything you say without getting your permission first. At the end of the program, you will be asked to write your feedback and you can choose whether you want this information to stay confidential or not.

  • Payment is expected before coaching begins

Direct payment – payment must be done before each session and transaction receipt emailed to the coach . This is the preferred method.

Cash – payment must be done before each session. This is also a preferred method.

  • Most of our coaching clients want to start seeing results quickly and we believe that gradual, steady improvement is much more permanent so we have scheduled session to increase the gap. To help our clients stay motivated and incorporate their learning into their daily life, we have designed the program to increase the gaps between the sessions gradually.

The gap between sessions 1 and 6 is about 1 week.

The gap between sessions6 and 12 is 2 weeks

The gap between sessions 3 and 4 is about 4 weeks.

I believe this is a healthy process and a sign of growth, and independence and with confidence we encourage our clients to take control over their growth and development and determine their desired gap.

  • ItemCounselling is a past-focused discipline, in which the counsellor identifies the reasons for the person’s feelings and behaviours and offers ways to handle a particular issue. Unfortunately, this often gives the client a label, e.g. “I’m depressed”, which they use to justify their actions and thereby limit their ability to change.

Some clients come to us after experiencing counselling when they get tired of having reasons and excuses and want to move forward.

In life coaching, we do not dwell on the reasons, because we want to avoid this negative outcome. Instead, we focus on the future, because no matter what has happened in the past, any person can make it better and learn to achieve, grow and be happy. description
